Why Am I Getting Periods When I Become Hot And Sweaty ?
Over the past few days I ve been getting these periods in time when I become hot and sweaty for a few minuets before feeling like I ve cooled back down. This has happened during a range of activities, from going out shopping to sitting at home writing, and I m struggeling to see why it s happening, so if anyone should shed some light on this problem, do so. 18, Female, (unsure of my medical history )

It is normal for females to have hot flashes during their periods. But please do meet a gynaec for a check of all your hormones if it is debilitating
