could I be pregnant?
I was recently in a car accident where I don't recall hitting my head, but the past two weeks I have been dizzy with a mild headache that never goes away, nauseated only in the mornings off and on. My bowel movements are irregular from twice a day to once every other day, and my sense of smell is heightened I can smell things I couldn't before that makes me nauseous as well. Also chronic back pain
