Why Am I Getting Stings In My Heart And Numbness In The Left Arm?

Yesterday I was in school and all of a sudden my hurt started hurting and I was like its probably nothing so like 2 mins passed and I started getting stings in my heart so then my left arm started getting numb and then I stood up and my legs felt weak and heavy and I started getting really hot

Your symptoms aren't typical for cardiac issues, but are more typical for stress related symptoms.

However if you were my patients I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- blood work
- ecg
- chest x ray
These exams will help to definitely exclude any cardiac problems and will help to relieve your anxiety.
