Why Am I Getting Swollen Neck ?
i made a concoconcoction with castor oil,cayenne pepper, biotin,garlic powder, i cooked it for 5 hours in the oven. it made me start to breath slow when i applied it to my scalp, then the side of my neck felt swollen. next day the center of my neck felt swollen and it went away today, now the under of my neck feels swollen.

thanks for query,
It seems that you have allergic reaction to some of the stuffs you used for hair oil.
wash your hairs completely,
take anti histamines,
if no improvement,consult your doctor.
