Why Am I Getting White Scars With Blood On Foreskin ?

sir, i have had problems of reduced urine flow speed since many days but as i was young i ignored....then while mastebading sometimes my penis foreskin would swelland after some time setteled down....so i dint care ...then my foreskin stopped retracting and then when i forcefully did it a small white acar developed on foreskin......i again after a year tried to retract foreskin ....then cracks came on foreskin vith some blood and the scarring increased a bit ...scarring is on one tip of foreskin but not whole....its whitish...a bit black in colour doctor please help me with this what should i do now as i am 23 years now and even i cant discuss this with my parents and friends

Hi Sivam, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You are having Phimosis where you wont be able to Retract the Foreskin of Penis as a Result of Scarring secondary to Infection. You should get yourself examined by a Urologist so that he can examine you and if necessary suggest a Procedure called Circumcision. Kindly restrain yourself from Masturbation for a few days and give it adequate rest as it may aggravate the Problem.
