Why Am I Have Spotting After Periods?

I have irregular periods last was 22/January, now I'm having red little blood specks when I wipe with clear discharge it's happened twice now in 2 weeks done a pregnancy test on 3.3.14 negative .. I have a urine infection aswell no period yet no pregnancy signs just don't no what it is ????

Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age, your BMI, do you have any underlying medical disorders like thyroid.i would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist, as you require a detail history and if required an examination so as to know the cause of irregular periods. Once pregnancy is ruled out, you may be prescribed medicines for withdrawal bleeding. If required may be kept on hormonal pills to regularise the cycle. Hope i was helpful to you.
