Why Am I Having Painless Hard Bump On Bottom Lip?

I have a painless bump on my bottom lip(no color) Its a hard bump . I came out of no where. My lips do peel and i tend to ripped the dead skin with my teeth . Also a few days ago i had a small wart of my bottom toe and i touched it but washed my hands after . i dont know what it could be . I never had a bump on my lip

Hi

You seem to have developed a small mucus cyst over your lips.
These are basically benign lesions which can develop due to any minor trauma to the lips.
In some cases these can dissolve of their own but if they tend to persist or they increase in size . Then they have to be removed surgically.
I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist or surgeon for the same.
