Why Am I Having Severe Headache From Tumor And Can It Be Removed?

I have been diagnose with Lipoma of the brian and i have severe headaches from this tumor i never had headaches before can this tumor be removed it feel like my head is being sweezed, The only this that help is Ibuprophen. They are going to do a CT scan to compare to MRI. I do not understand how they can say that the Lipoma is not causing my headaches. I was diagnosed with this mask 2 years ago and was treated for sinus problems doc only pulled polops from my head never did treat me for the mask. sent me to a neuro and said i had migrianes, medications for migrines does not work now they say i have lipoma. I believe i had the tumor the entire time and this is where the headeaches are coming from. Please help me understand I have a headeache everyday all day. I do not sleep at night headache never goes away. It is getting worse.

Answers : If the Tumour causes an increase in the pressure inside your skull (Called the Intracranial Pressure) you will have headache

The tumour has to be removed if it causes increased pressure inside skull
