Hi,
It is nice to know that you have had the other problems treated. Not being able to get sexually aroused can be either emotional or physiological.
 Chronic
depression, emotional abuse or trauma, bereavement, relationship problems with the partner, sexual abuse in the past, etc.
Physiological causes may be lower level of sex hormones(menopausal phase), nursing a baby(
lactation), side effects of certain medications, damage to the nerves 7 blood vessels in the pelvic area(childbirth), etc.
Hormone replacement therapy(HRT) is effective if there is a physiological problem(lubrication & blood circulation in the vessels of the pelvis).
Emotional problems need an open minded talk with the partner, couple therapy at the
sexologist,
Psychotherapy that helps to improve communication, identify problems & emotion clarity.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
