Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable. As an Urologist, i must advise you that, the medicines you're taking at present, can cause , decrease in sexual arousal and libido.(lack of interest).
You will need to do an ultrasound scan of prostate (TRUS)-Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scan. Then show the semen reports with scan to an Urologist, who will also examine you and advise you proper treatment. You may also need counselling for some time.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
