Why Am I Not Producing Semen?

Hi Doctor,
i am 27 year old unmarried man. my problem is semen not producing, but it is going when i am sleeping 3-4- times in a month.

I am looking healthy,68 kg, 5-8" height, no diabetics and other health problem. i doesn't have habits like smoking and alcohol

Please advice me doctor

Hello

It is unlikely that you have occasional nigh fall but not producing semen.
It may be due to wrong technique of ejaculation.
It is important to evaluate clinically for phimosis because it is an important reason for such complain.Glans is not stimulated due to overlying adhered skin.
You should consult surgeon and investigations can be done if needed.
