Why Am I Scared Of Penetration Of Penis?

I m 32 yrs old women. I have 4 years old daughter. I don't know if I also have vaginismus but I feel afraid of the penetration. My husband has also not been able to have complete penetration as I don't allow him to.please refer a good doctor in Pune ASAP.

I understand your concern.. Do you have any vaginal discharge or itching or any foul smell in the discharge? Apply a lubricant prior to having intercourse and take breathing exercise which will help you to relax. Foreplay is required prior to penetration. Consult a gynaecologist to see whether you have any gynaecological problems. If you are fine, consult a psychologist to have a good counselling. Since how long you have this problem.
