Why Are My Ankles And Feet Hurting?
my ankles and feet have been hurting as though i've sprain them but i don't remember doing anything to them. Now I've gotten these spots, lumps, or something that resemble bug bites on my shins.
They do not itch, nor do they really hurt. I am 21, 5 feet 3 inches, and 145 pounds.
