Why Are My Armpits Swollen?

I am 32, female, height 165 cm,weight 66kg,who is almost healthy. after my delivery, i found a swelling on both of my armpit. There is no irritation normally,but when i squeeze it,it seems painful. my query is whether it is fat deposit or enlarged nymph node?
