Why Are My Arms Numb?

I fell asleep on my arm friday night and woke up to find that my arm was numbed. I did some searching and they said the blood should recirculate within minutes but it has been three days and my arm remains numb. I'd really appreciate any help to figure out what exactly is going on and how I can fix it.
