Why Are My Bottom Legs Freezing?

Have had test for blood floww they say its ok

I have 3 blockages 70% 30% 20% after heart doctor checked me over says circulation is good went to regular doctor same thing then question why are my bottom legs freezing

it feels like back of thigh huirts a little like when sitting down any ideas doc i need help bad
