Why Are My Eyes Irritated And Puffed?

I'm not sure if there is something seriously wrong with me, I just recovered from a cold, and I have had irritated eyes for the past two weeks bit on Saturday my eye lids puffed up(only on the top). I used visine and that seemed to help but on Monday I started to feel very dizzy and light headed all day and my eyes were not fully back to normal. Today is Tuesday, I'm having all the same symptoms as yesterday and my eyes look even worse, not sure what to do

it may be viral conjuctivitis.with ailment of allergy. can take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and apply cromal eye drop 3times daily. you should inform about itching, dis charge from eye and cogetionif any. to controll secondery infection ofloxacin.3%eye drop may be applied 3times daily. get your eye checked by eye doctor.
