Why Are My Hair Turning White At The Age Of 21?

hello sir, I am just 21 years old and my hairs(at head) are turning white. What are the possible reasons for this it may be because of some vitamins deficiency, how it can be black again. What vitamins and minerals are essential for keeping hair black. Please help me.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Early greying of hair is called as premature canities.
There is no cause identified. Most of the cases are familial or heriditary. There are some reports associating this to vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Unfortunately, there is no treatment which is 100% effective. You could try oral supplements of 50-100 mg calcium pantothenate one tablet per day for 3-6 months. A new drug in the market is a gel containing 1% melitane. This should be used twice a day for 4-6 months. The other option is to colour your hairs.
