Why Are My Hands Swollen, Tingly And Asleep Every Morning?

I am extremely tired all the time, so tired I cant hardly make it through 8 hours and work then when I get home I just want to go to sleep. I sleep good at night so thats no problem. I also wake up and my hands feel swollen and asleep and tingly. I just want to know whats wrong.
