Why Are My Menses Delayed?

I took regestrone 5mg for 10 days and stopped it on 7th feb. But still didn't get my period. On 11th feb got very less bleeding for 2 days.
Did ultrasound showing endometrum as 9mm but still no flow. Have done 3 HPTS all negative. What can be the reason?
