Why Are My Menses Delayed?

My period is 1 day late. I had unprotected sex twice EXACTLY a week from yesterday (Saturday) . And neither times did my partner cum inside of m vagina. My period usually comes the 8th or 9th of every month. Give or take a day. I have had slight cramping, but no other signs of a pregnancy. I hope I am not pregnant. Please help.
