Why Are My Menses Late And Having A Watery Discharge?

I have a few questions maybe you could tryand help Im getting very concerned..
The last several weeks I really havent been feeling all that well...Thought maybe I was pregant the test yesterday was negative...My period is late about 4 or 5 days maybe 6....I been for the last 2 weeks keep getting the cramps and stuff thinking my period is gonna start but there is nothing still...The last couple of days I have been having some watery discharge i mean you woul would think I had pee my pants...there is no burning or irritation when i pee..could you help me please?
