Why Are My Menses Late And My Stomach Feels Hard?

Hey, I've done several pregnancy test and I've always had my periods on time... But in the last few days I've been felling something move like a baby in my stomic and I've had light headed and felt like I wanted to puck for the last 1 month... I already have 1 daughter... So i know how a baby fells when there moving..And when I look at my stomic it goes up and down like there a heart beat...For the last few days evrytime I've been eating my stomic gets really hard and twisted and I get back pains... And every test of pregnancy I take it says I'm not pregnant....

Hello!
First I want to reassure you that what you feel is not for sure baby movement.
You can not feel those movements unless you are 17-18 weeks of pregnancy (since this is your second pregnancy).
Second, if you have a delay of your menstruation (because you have not mentioned it here), take a blood test (bHCG) to confirm if you are pregnant or not. That is the most accurate test of pregnancy.
Third, if that test results negative, take care of your bowel. What you feel are bowel movements and that "heart beat" is the abdominal aorta.
