Why Are My Menses Late By A Week?

Hi, I am worried. My menstrual cycle is normally not irregular. The most it has ever been delayed is like 4 days. Today makes a week that I should have already started. I have not had intercourse but once since my last cycle, we used a condom. And I am not having any symptoms of my cycle. What are the chances that I'm pregnant?
