Why Are My Periods Irregular In Spite Of Balanced Diet And Good Exercise ?

I am 21yrs old, 5 7 tall n weigh 57kgs i havnt got my period Its 15days late but pregancy test shows negative results.... I do eat a balanced diet nd exercise a lott, also i take amino energy supplement before exercise .... Last month my period lasted only 2days What could be the problem.. Please help!!

Hi,thanks for query.It seems that there are some hormonal changes taking place in your body.As you last cycle was scanty and this one is delayed.You have not mention your age,at times if you are 40 years and above this could be pre-menopausal symptoms.In other case you need to talk to your doctor.bye.

Repeat the UPT (Urine pregnancy test) again.. if still it comes negative, then you need to be clinically evaluated.. since you have last menstrual cycle also lasted for few days ,investigations like USG,Harmonal assay is needed to find the cause for the Oligomenorrhea...
