Hi, I can understand your concern for pimples turning into embedded white rubbery ball like lesions. I differ from your possibility of pimples and it appears from your query that you have sebaceous cysts which now got infected. These appears as pimples but are deeper and contain more cheezy material inside which comes out off and on. Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem and spread of the infection. For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as fucidin or mupirocin and take pain killer tablets such diclofenac or paracetamol. If it is increasing despite the treatment then meet a dermatologist for excision of the cysts. Take care.
