Why Are My Top Inner Thighs Are Getting Dark And Itchy?

Hi I just started to notice that my top inner thighs are getting dark and they get dry start to itch really bad and the dry skin comes off when itchd looks like ashes I get alot of what looks like white heads I have a thicker discharge and a minor odor what could this be?

Thank you for query.Your age and duration is not clear.It appears that you may have fungal infection.So please keep the area clean and dry.Use clean,washed pressed underwear.use anti fungal creams .once it subsides you can use dusting powders regularly to prevent recurrence.
