Why Are My Veins Visible In Red And Green Colours On Leg?

Hi im a 15 year old girl and i've well kinda slacked off for the last year . I stoped doing exercise and i just all day on the computer. But lately ive been noticing i have been getting some red veins, and i have some green veins showing. i AM VERY SCARED that my lgs will not be showable when i reach the age of 25 or so. Is thier any excersise i can do to de-crease the show of red veins or green veins

What are you refering ot ar the so called Varicose veins.
Varicose veins are veins that have become enlarged and contorted. Varicose veins are most common in the superficial veins of the legs.
Varicose veins occur when, the valves of the veins become inefficient (incompetent) and allow blood to backflow.he blood pools in the area below the affected valve causing the vein to enlarge and stretch.
If varicose veins are small and not too uncomfortable, elastic compression stockings may be recommended.Also there are some factors that prevent formic of Varicose veins.
Exercising regularly.Maintaining a healthy body weight.Avoiding crossing the legs when sitting.
