Why Are There Red Rashes On Body With Swelling? Why Is It Spreading? Is It Uticaria?

hey, I have had no history of rashes in the past only when I was a baby. I have a light red rash covering my left arm , there was loads of rash on the right but it has now faded, but the rash which started on my knee caps has spread to my leg. I think, looking at pictures online its uticaria, becaus I have slight swelling in the hands. It started on sunday, just suddenly came up,
