Why Are We Not Able To Conceive?

hi,im jnkna im twenty one,i have been married for two years,and i have been trying to get pregnant for three years now,but no luck,i have had so many test with my body with a gynae,but found nothing wrong,i have irregular periods and suffers from anaemia,but they say that its got nothing to do with the fact that cant conceive,my husband is 31 and doesnt have any children,he is not a fan of alchohol and cigarrettes,so what could be the problem? please help me
