Why Aren T Antibiotics Helpful In Treating Fever?

my son started kindy this year,the first 2 weeks were fine then he got ill,dr put him on antibiotics,his temperture will be fine for a couple of days then it will come back again,he has had temperature 3 times in 2 weeks eventhough he is still on antibiotics,he has become less active as well,dont know what to do

Well come to HCM
If this is the renal related infection then this is not easy to treat and in my opinion the best option to treat this condition is culture sensitive test and this would give the guide line which antibiotic need to be used or else one can think bout the deferential diagnosis, hope this helps.
