Why Birth Control Inplanon Cause Bleeding For Seven Weeks?

Hi, I have been having an Issue while on the birth control Inplanon. I having been bleeding for seven weeks straight. I spoke to my doctor about a drug called doxycycline hyclate, she said the pills would not work for me, but I've seen several articles linking the two. What would you recommend?

Hi,

Doxycycline will not be of that much help in irregular menstrual bleeding after Implanon. Tranexamic acid can be one of the options for such a problem.
