what can we do if my bleeding is not stop after taking 72 unwanted i want to explain my last period date was 01st of nov and after 2 days i made sex relation and after that i get this pill 72 unwanted now my bleeding is not stop after that now iam in very big problem

Hi,

In case of regular 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle usually ovulation is not expected to occur during the first five days of the cycle. So, usually emergency contraceptive pill may not be needed during that period if you are having regular cycles. Emergency contraceptive pill will contain high doses of hormones which will alter the regular menstrual cycle maybe because of the withdrawal effect of the emergency contraceptive pill you are having continuous bleeding.

Now what you can do is, as you are having continuous heavy flow, please consult your gynecologist once and take tablets like anti-fibrinolytic drugs which can help in controlling the bleeding. You have to maintain at least two month gap between two emergency contraceptive pills to avoid menstrual problems in future.
