ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
There seems to be some injury inside the nose or posterior part of nose/ nasopharynx. Injury is very common in these areas after Road traffic accidents. Mild to moderate bleeding from these areas can present as Blood in Sputum.
Try
1.Otrivin nasal drops three drops three times a day,
2. Nasoclear nasal drops three drops three times a day.
3. Also do some local ice packing over the nose and cheek area.
4.Betadine gargles two times a day
If bleeding persists you need to get evaluated for any chest/nose injury

regards
please feel free to ask further management once you have tried the above treatment.
