I cant sleeepot night l touse and turn all night i even tried tyonal 3 neerve pills ambin i stell cant sleep i have got PARKINSON disease copd blood clods in myright lung in both lungs short of breath why cant i seep

Hi,

For good sleep, you should take zolpidem. The usual dose is 10 mg at bedtime. If the lack of sleep is due to Parkinsonian symptoms (tightness, cramps, etc), increasing the dose of pramipexole would help.
