Why Can T Stage 4 Breast Cancer Be Treated Individually By Targeting Bone, Blood, And Breast Cancer Separately Instead Of All At Once?

My mom has a friend in her mid 50 s who has stage 4 breast cancer. Why can they not treat it individually? What I mean by this is why can t the treat the bone cancer, then the blood cancer, and then the breast cancer. Why do they need to try to treat it all at once?

Hello,

Now as the patient is having breast cancer, the lesions in the other area may be metastatic which means that they have spread there from breast cancer itself. So treatment is against those lesions in bones and blood. So medication is same for them. Hence, it's advised to treat it like that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
