Hello, You are experiencing pain during sex, you had your Implanon removed. You also observe a little blood in the tissue when you wipe but there s no bleeding in the pad. You are presently trying for a baby. The cause of hurt during sex is commonly caused due to dryness of the vagina or when you have penetrative sex without getting property wet, it can be painful. You should use vaginal lubricants for better sexual experience. Sometimes, you may get hurt due to friction during rough sex, it can cause tear and hence little bleeding. Side effects of certain birth control methods may cause vaginal dryness and hurt during sex. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are polyp, cervical tear / abrasion, PCOS, fibroid, endometriosis, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get all required tests and investigations done to detect the cause of bleeding, you will be treated accordingly.
