Why Causes Radial Mononeuropathy?

I was wondering I had been diagnosed with Saturday night palsy after falling a sleep in a weird position and am experiencing wrist drop for about 3 weeks now. Is it abnormal to not see a significant increase in mobility in this time? I believe that my wrist is able to move a little bit more but nothing significant thanks so much!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is a transient condition due to compression of nerves. As first-line management, you can take Vitamin B 12 supplements for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
