Why Did I Become Sick, Shaky And Nauseated After Smoking 2 Cigarettes?

I smoked 2 cigarettes, not even full cigarettes, and afterwards i became very uncoordinated and sick. I couldnt stop shaking, i was in a cold sweat, and my stomach felt nausea to the point where i made myself vomit so the effects would stop. Did i swallow cigarette smoke or did the cigarette poison me?

It is just the nicotine and carbon monoxide. It is common to have symptoms like this once you smoke continuously or smoke for first time, or smoke after a long period of time. Just take deep breath, you will be alright.
