Why Did I Bleed For Two Days After Taking MTprost Kit?

i have two children, although after taking atmost precaution, i have conceived and it is just 10 days more. i consulted a gyne and she gave me MTprost kit, i used it and i had my periods, but only for two days. there is no heavy bleeding, i am worried a lot. please suggest what should i do next.
