When I lifted a patient s leg and hip of a paralyzed client I felt pain in my front lower left cage. I was a provider. But didn t carry client weighed 165 pounds. It feels like a mild punch to soreness. Hope it isn t hernia. But I drink pepperment tea and start letting gases.but pain comes back later.
