Why Did I Feel Dizzy, Blurry And Nauseous?
I woke up this morning and i felt sick once starting my shower i was dizzy and hot but sitting helped me feel better i then got in the shower and i felt like i had to vomit diarrhea i felt i was going to faint i was weak i could barely wash up it became like hard to see it was so blurry and dizzy

sudden change in temperature of you body by hot or cold water and sudden change of posture from lying down to standing up results in these symptoms nothing more to worry
