Why Did I Get A Cold Sensation Only Throughout My Left Foot Last Night?

Last night I woke up because my left foot was cold. Not my right. The left foot felt cold to the touch . It was not blue. I couldn’t sleep for two hours because of discomfort, but not pain. I am a 65 year old diabetic woman .
