Why Did I Get Period Twice Last Month ?

Hello i have a problem last month i have got my period to two times in that month in the middle of the month and at the end of the month that was never happen to me and my question is why????

Hello,
If you had a proper period both times there could be a pathology or a hormone problem.Just let this one time go but if it happen again in your next cycle you need to get an ultrasound first and some blood tests.
