Hi I had blurred spotty vision for about twenty minutes then it went back to normal. Then a few hours later I blacked out just for a second while I was driving. This has happened before to me also. And when I have been driving only why I don't understand.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision and sudden blackouts of vision lasting for few seconds to few minutes.
This indicates a transient ischaemic attack.
This is usually because of decreased blood supply to brain via carotid arteries.
Hence this required further evaluation by a physician to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
