Why Did I Miss My Periods?

Hi, My cycle have not been start from last three months, also get negative test results of pregnancy. From last week I am observing few blood spots on my panty line and they are sometimes dark brown or red in color. Kindly suggest what s wrong here. In addition, I got married 5 month back.

sometime it occurs due to hormonal changes...u can do once more pregnancy test if negative can do once thyroid profile also...n hb%
