Hi,

You can neglect episodic single episode of blood in semen which is called hematospermia. If blood in semen persists than seminal vesicle inflammation or prostate infection could be possible. You need to investigate with trans rectal ultrasonography and semen culture for further work up. You can revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
