Why Did I Black Out With My Vision Going Blank?

Last night, I was outside with my friends smoking. I was leaning against a car, and when I stood up straight I got sort of a head rush, and my vision started going completely white to the point where I could only see rough outlines of things. The next thing I know my friends are helping me up off the ground and my knee was cramped.
