Hello,

1. why HDL reduce
Answer- Weight loss and plant-based diets sometimes lower HDL temporarily because your body’s metabolism is changing. Additionally, Sometimes statins or other meds can also reduce HDL slightly.

2.Why did Lipoprotein (a) increase 25%?
Lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), is a genetically determined lipid particles that does not usually respond well to lifestyle changes or standard cholesterol medications like statins and blood thinners. Also,Your cardiologist prescribed Lipikind 20 (likely a niacin derivative or another agent targeting lipids) which can sometimes help but results are variable or it can be temporary fluctuations due to diet and treatment.

You may raise a diet plan request from your dashboard and they will provide a personalized diet plan according to details and after clinical assessment. Dieticians are available 24/7 to assist to resolved and customized your diet plan

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
