Why Did My Bilirubin Rise After 10 Days Of Udiliv And Diet, And Should I Stop Taking It?

Hi, I am 20 years old . I done a lft test in which my total bilirubin was 2.3 and other things like sgpt, sgot etc are normal . Doctor prescribed me udiliv 300 and looze syrup for 10 days . I was on strict diet no oily food , junk food , only green leafy vegetables for 10 days.But after doing lft test after 10 days my bilirubin was 2.8 . What could be the reason? Should I stop taking udiliv 300??
